I’ve known Cat for a few years now. And, whether we’re chatting on Facebook or bumping into each other at the movie theater, she always has a welcoming smile on her face. She’s someone that I like to refer to as, good people.
About Cat Belovin
She is pursuing her solo career with much fervor, along with developing the upcoming LetsJamLV, an hourly rehearsal space designed for musicians.
Cat Belovin’s passion for music allows her to use her voice and her guitar as honestly and unflinchingly as she can. She enjoys writing and playing songs that came straight from her own experience, her boundless imagination, her sharp wit, and her ever-increasing understanding of how the world works.
Currently, after working with bands for a long time, Cat is working on her solo project. There are positives and negatives to everything in life. We’ll discuss the differences, good and bad, of going solo and working with a band. I’m sure it’s similar to being an entrepreneur vs working for the man.
Cat is putting the musician first when designing and promoting her hourly rehearsal space. So, musicians, if you’re looking for a great place to practice, you need to contact Cat.
As a musician in Las Vegas, often you find yourself put into a cover band, simply because of the nature of the venues here. If that works for some musicians, that’s great. For Cat though, being a solo, original act in Las Vegas is her preference as opposed to being in a cover band. The only reason is that she prefers to play songs that she wrote and came straight from her own experiences.
